I have tried to make peanutbutter highhat cupcakes and when I dip the frosting of the cupcake in the chocolate, often the frosting all falls off into it. Is there a way to prevent this??

I keep my ganache thin and pop the frosted cuppies in the fridge or freezer to firm them up before dipping...
