Just ordered my first hi-ratio shortening, what should I make? icon_biggrin.gif

Hi ratio shortening makes the best BC! Look for a recipe written for it, though. Toba Garrett's Decorator Frosting is my go to for a cake that will be in a warm environment. Minimal to no slidage and no greasy feeling lingering in your mouth.
There are some decorators on CC that use it in their cakes (leah s?), maybe one will jump in and tell you why and how.
