When stacking cakes, what do you suggest to use between the cakeboard and the cake to keep the icing from sticking to the cakeboard? I'd appreciate any suggestions. Thanks.

I've heard you can dust with a bit of powdered sugar.

I mainly use fondant, so i dont have a problem. I've heard others ssay they use wax paper, as well.

Whether it's buttercream or fondant I use a piece of wax paper. I cut it just a tiny bit smaller than the cake that's going to be sitting on it. When you take the cake apart to cut it looks clean and untouched.
