I have a jewerly box cake for this weekend. I need to have the lid open quite a bit to show the engagement ring inside and I am worried how to support the lid so it doesn't slide down the backside. I did see the post where one person used styroform to make the lid but I really like for my cakes to be completely edible, except for supports of course. Please help me if you have any suggestions.
