I am tryin to find a recipe for a good icing. I am not a big fan of buttercream. But at the same time I am not sure what other kind would be good for frosting and decorating cakes. I make everything from fondant covered cakes to frosted 3D cakes. Any suggestions would be so appreciated.
What kind of buttercream are you not a fan of? Crusting buttercreams or the meringue buttercreams?
