what can i put in the cupcake baking cups so that the cup cakes wont stick to the paper?

I just put Baker's Joy in mine when sticking is an issue. If you know that the cakes will stick - spray really lightly. I have a few recipes that if I sprayed it on the wrappers, the cakes wouldn't rise as well.
