Do you know if silk flowers can be airbrushed? A friend of mine wants a certain color of magenta silk flower and she is having trouble finding them, she was thinking about a Lily or Orchid and wants to just attach 1-2 on a branch as a centerpiece. I was thinking that if she found a white or pink flower she really liked maybe it could be airbrushed the color she wants? I do not know anything about airbrushing so thought I would ask those of you who have experience with them. TIA for any replies!

If you have an airbrush and the magenta color she wants, go for it. I don't see why it wouldn't work or at least be worth your time or effort to try it out especially if she's buying white flowers. I've airbrushed on black T-shirts before... it's just extra work because you first need to spray that portion white followed by the correct color you are trying to achieve.
