I've installed the newest version of design studio and it tells me to update the firmware on my cricut so I do as it tells me to and says I need to do it a 2nd time so I do and it continues to give me the do it a 2nd time order. It never gives me the option to check my cricut cake either, it's personal, expression, or create. Does anyone know what to do?

I would call Provocraft and ask for the technical help. They have a pretty good staff.
