Oh my word!!! I used the Duff (Fondarific) chocolate fondant tonight for the first time, and was blown away by the taste! Wow! I haven't had a Tootsie Roll in many years, but it reminded me of that. It was fabulous! My question: I want to start using Michele Foster's fondant recipe. Is her chcolate as good as the Fondarific fondant? I know I 've read wonderful things about her regular fondant, but hadn't heard anything about the chocolate's taste.

I've never used Fondarific but I LOVE Michele's recipe. I make chocolate by adding 8 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate chips to the corn syrup mixture before microwaving. I absolutely LOVE the taste of this fondant.
My daughter says it taste like tootsie rolls.
