I need to make a small round angel food cake and would like to use my small springform pan. If this possible? If so how full do you fill a pan with angel food batter? Does it differ from a regular mix? TIA.

I've done sponge cakes in my springform pan. I always line the sides and bottom of the pan with parchment paper. You fill it 1/2 to 2/3 like any other cake.
