What are some yummy filling ideas that you guys often pair with regular chocolate cake? I like keeping buttercream as the base. Just looking for something different than the typical vanilla ... I've thought of raspberry, hazelnut, and coffee so far, but would like other ideas to suggest to a bride.

I'm doing a grooms cake, and usually I go with cookies and cream, and chocolate fudge

chocolate mousse, raspberry mouse or jam, cookies and cream, cream and any type of chocolate candy, peanut butter mousse, nutella
