Hi... I picked up a package of these quilon coated baking sheets at GFS thinking they were parchment paper, but I'm not sure if they are.
Have any of you ever rolled out dough or baked on these? Do they work like parchment paper?

THanks! Maria

That's just a brand name for parchement paper with a silicone finish.
It works much better than "plain" parchement.
I use it for everything and I LOVE it.

The price at GFS is pretty good, too.
