You mean pre whipped? Just buy the cannisters in the dairy department of any grocery store..

Or buy heavy cream and throw in a bit of sugar and whip it yourself in a mixer with a whisk.

The only ready-to-use whipped cream available is Reddi-Whip and store brand versions of Reddi-Whip. This not true whipped cream, but cream that has air forced into it under high pressure as it is exuded from the tip. That's why it "melts" or de-foams so quickly.

Real whipped cream will hold the air much longer because the air has become trapped by the fat in the cream during the whipping process.

Whipping cream is very easy. For each cup of heavy whipping cream, mix in 2 tbsp powdered sugar or caster sugar and 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract. Then whip using a hand or stand mixer.

You *can* whip cream by hand using a whisk, but it takes forever.
