I made a WASC cake today. I torted and filled with a filling made with 1 cup whipping cream, 1 small box cheesecake flavored pudding mix and 1 small jar key lime curd. (BTW, this is sooo yummy!)
My plan is to ice it and then put in the box and double wrap the box with plastic wrap. I don't need the cake until Friday evening. There is room in the freezer to store but not the refrigerator.
Will freezing affect the filling?
