I was making one of the 12 inch cakes for one of the tiers I was making and well it cracked 
I didnt want it to go to waste so this is what I came up with hehe....
I made a coffee flavored butter cream and just quick drizzled some chocolate on top. Needless to say it is SO yummy BUT now I have to re-make the big boy.
I just recently started taking pics of all the cakes that I do so I hope I can actually show you some of my recent, decent work.

I used my butter cake recipe 
Wasnt going for what I got but hey Ill do it again today
