Hi Everyone,
I'm working on my first fondant wedding cake and got a question that I need a pretty quick answer for. Bride wants medium size dots on the cake, so I was not sure if I need to do them tonight or just do them tomorrow morning. How fast do these things dry?
Please help. Thanks a bunch!

If your RI is thick, almost instantly. You're piping them directly on the cake?

I was planning on piping them straight on the cake, can I not do that? Will they slide off? I was so occupied with covering cake in fondant, that I didn't even think through the dots...
