All: I have someone that would like a similar cake - but she wants real flowers and prefers no fondant. The original cake does use chocolate and white fondant for the 'panels.' Question is, without driving myself insane trying to deal with chocolate and vanilla buttercream on the sides, how can I achieve this look fairly easily?
