Hi everyone -
I'm doing two house cakes. The one with siding will be easy with MMF, but what can I do for the stucco house? I initially thought stippled BC but I'm worried about getting the consistency just right. I'm not THAT experienced and started picturing a droopy cake icon_sad.gif Any ideas? Photos?

Go to a DIY site and read some tutorials on stucco techniques. Should translate to BC fairly easily.

For the "pulled out: stucco look, ice the cake with a thick layer of icing and then put top 1/2 of the spatula (not too much tip) up to the icing and pull up and out gently. For the smoother stucco look, apply a thick layer of crusting b'cream and then take a crumpled, patterned paper towel and gently blot the icing (like sponge painting). That's what I would do. HTH.
