I apologize if this has already been posted somewhere, I wasn't able to find anything icon_smile.gif

I've been using regular boxed cake mixes and have heard that some people doctor their mixes. I was wondering if anyone would mind sharing their ideas on what to add to cake mixes, if it makes them more fluffy, more dense, more moist, etc?

Thank you!

If you go into the "Cake Ideas" forum, the second sticky on the list - Gourmet flavours - is a whole bunch of doctored mix recipes. I've done a few of them and they are great!!
