I would like to make a birthday cake for a really special older woman who helps care for my children. She loves cake but is diabetic, so I would like to make it sugar- free . Does any one have any recipes that are highly recommended and extremely tasty!

Good Afternoon Linstead. I had done a search early but did not get this one. Wasn't really happy with some of the others.

NJCakeDiva, did you ever get a sugar free chocolate cake recipe?? I just had a last minute request for a sugar free cake. I've never done sugar free before.
