Now that I know what SPS what is the benefit of using SPS over other basic methods of stacking and how do I know when I should use it versus other methods? I'v seen stacking done a couple of different ways but nothing like the SPS except on television. Thanks

I use it for everything except 3D cakes that have pvc pice.
