Hi ladies, i'm new in posting topics in here even thou i been reading alot of them...
My question is how to you know how many slides will get out of a cake? icon_redface.gif

i think you mean slices rather than slides.
most people use this chart to figure out serving sizes. http://www.wilton.com/cakes/making-cakes/baking-wedding-cake-2-inch-pans.cfm
