Okay, so my boss has asked that I make a graduation cake for his daughter's high school graduation. This is what they have given me.... they want yellow cake with vanilla pudding and strawberry fillings and it only needs to feed 25 people. Her favorite color is periwinkle. She likes fashion, but no pocketbook cakes. Any ideas????

How about a 2D cake of a dress in her favorite color with neck and shoulders showing, kind of like a strapless prom dress. Very simple to cut out of a sheet cake and add height to the chest with the trimmings.

If they want writing make a sash from shoulder to hip like for a beauty pageant.

I like those sheet or round cakes that have a silhouette of like a fashionable pregnant lady on them...now...of course no preg lady this time haha but if you look up the photos of those, you'll know what I mean....you could instead use a silhouette of a fashionable lady, and/or dresses and shoes and stuff.

For instance something like this:

Maybe you could just do a cake that looks like a gift box and the box could have some kind of animal print or design in periwinkle to add a little "fashion." Then a periwinkle bow and ribbon.
