I want to buy a pre-made RED fondant for roses..color consistency, save me time etc etc etc... I'll add tylose to it to so it'll harden...

I'm hearing horror stories lately about Satin Ice...Are there any alternatives that'll work better? Or should I not stress about the SI since it's just for roses??

Any suppliers for said fondant solution??

Thanks!!

If it's just for roses, why not just pick up some Wilton? Wilton really works well for modeling.

I agree, if it is just for modeling, not to be eaten , just pick up some wilton fondant. Print a Michaels or Joann's coupon and get it cheap.
