I have a request for me to make the desserts for a lady at my church and her Women's Club metting. She wants me to make orange chocolate truffles and something else. whatever i want. I don't want to do a whole cake, b/c she wants everything to be individual...any ideas?

I love mini cupcakes especially with a filling and a berry on top of the icing as a garnish. Other than that, I think mini fruit tarts are always popular. Strawberries are in right now and the raspberries are coming!

Glad to see they didn't churn out a know-it-all icon_biggrin.gif

Have you decided on anything yet?

Here's something I've done. Mix 2 cups whipping cream with cheesecake pudding and whip together. Pipe into mini phyllo shells. Top with a slice of strawberry or a raspberry. Very elegant, very tasty and VERY easy!!
