Has anyone ever tried to change the Wilton Bear (sitting upright) into Mickey Mouse?
A family member asked me to make a cake that looks like a plush Mickey sitting down and holding a square gift box for a 1st birthday. Any suggestions? I'm extremely new at sculpting cakes and this task seems daunting.
Here is the cake she found online that she would like me to duplicate:

Hi, I uses the mini bear pan to make Mickey & Minnie. I covered them with extra fondant on the head so it was easy to incorporate the ears. I will try to attach a pic, or u can see it by going to my photos. Good luck. You'll have fun making this cake.

Sorry, can't attach pic

I am also dying to make this cake, I keep staring at it, but I can't wrap my head around how to do the head and ears, and have them stay put! Help please!
