Hey everyone! I'm doing my final cake for Course 3 tonight which is a stacked fondant covered cake. I made the cakes Sun and Mon. I just finished icing and covering in fondant today. I am curious now as to how long it will last. Today is Tuesday and would love if I could make it last for Saturday so I would have people to give it to.

So would it last that long? Can it be refrigerated? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you! icon_smile.gif

Thank you. Do you think it should be wrapped in saran wrap and/or refridgerated?

yeah... it will be okay by sat.

.... but I, personally.... would "fridge" it until thursday and take it out at night so it has plenty time to go back to room temp...

Good Luck
