My boyfriend is graduating medical school in a few weeks... so of course I want to do a cake for him and his family! He is going to do his residency in radiology, but I wanted to do something different than a general x-ray cake or white coat. I thought about "omental cake" because that's a radiology term and I thought a play on that would be funny (at least to him, even if no one else gets it!)

I want it to be clever... more than just printing an edible image... but I'm stuck on where to go from here. Help!
