I normally use WASC variations for making my cakes and i have someone looking to get a dairy-free (carved) grooms cake...
I would love to use a recipe that starts with a cake mix <just for ease of use really> i did see there is soy based sour cream and yogurts out there...has anyone tried using those as substitutes in the standard WASC recipes? if that is an option, it would be perfect!
If you have any recipes or advice, Id appreciate all your input!!
