Hi everyone,

I've had good luck with Merkens candy melts but I recently heard of a candy melt company that gives their candy melts a higher cocoa butter content. The name of this candy melt company escapes me now sadly. I was wondering if anyone knew the name of this company or another one that offers candy melts with a higher cocoa butter content.

I would really appreciate any help that anyone can give me.

I found out the name of the other company. It's clasens. I'll have to see if they do indeed taste better than merckens because of their higher cocoa butter content. Another one I found while trying to find clasens is chocoley.com which also seems to have candy compound that tastes nearly identical to real chocolate while still maintaining all the pros of a melt.

I thought this was all very interesting. I was under the impression that candy melts could only taste so good.
