If you could tell me just one thing to work on to make my product stronger as far as technique what would that be? What do you feel is your most valuable skill/technique that you have mastered or are close to it??

I agree with Kelli, I think your cakes are adorable. I myself have a desire to be better in all areas of cake decorating
