So i'm a little undecided on what type of icing i should use for a cross shaped cake (strawberry shortcake).....SMBC or regular B.C?? Any suggestions on what would work togerther better?
I am partial to the real buttercreams (SMBC, IMBC, FBC, or GBC). None of that nasty criscocream for me!
Thanks for the response, i have had a bad experience with smbc and am just hesitate to try it again.
