Cream Cheese Buttercream Refrigeration??

I have to do a red velvet cake with cream cheese buttercream and I do not have enough room in my fridge for it. How long will cream cheese icing stay good outside of the fridge?

Perishable foods can only be unrefrigerated for serving (up to 4 hrs.)
