Did it have key lime zest, or dried segments/rind? That sounds yummy! Can you buy dried/preserved key lime?

Bark is usually just melted chocolate with nuts/candies/dried fruits stirred into it, then spread on a flat surface to solidify/chill until firm.

Probably doesn't really require precise measuring/recipe per se? If you really need one, wouldn't melting a pound of chopped white chocolate in a double-boiler and tossing in the zest of say, 4 or 5 key limes, and some lime extract/oil bring you about the same flavour results?

Just Google it. Here are some similar recipes that you could just substitute lime in:

You could try this peppermint bark recipe substituting crushed key lime candies in place of the peppermint ones.

Here's a couple links to key lime hard drop candies. Second one is a tad cheaper than the first but both have smallest size at 5 lbs, plus you'd have to pay shipping of course. It might be wiser to scout around your local sweet shops & see if you can find them in bulk or smaller packages.
