I am making a carrot cake for a grooms cake. I need a filling that can be left out for several days, cannot refrigerate.
Anyone know of a cream cheese like filling?

macsmom, has a recipe for this. i think she uses . bettercream, mixed with instant cheesecake pudding. and i think milk. i posted cream cheese instant pudding on the other thread with this question. look up her username, and you will see all these recipes she has. they are great.hth
