Yesterday we had a catered lunch at work, the dessert was amazing!!! I know that they put brownie batter on the bottom then there was a white creamy, fluffy layer then blobs of brownie on top of that with nuts and caramel sauce, Does anyone have a recipe for such a cake? the white layer was not overly sweet (Matched the brownies). It was also very soft/squishy not cake like. HELP!!!
