Does anyone have a great orange filling recipe? I have a bride that would like vanilla cake with orange filling. I used a few recipes from CC and I just don't think they have enough flavor. Maybe I am looking for a strong flavor like key lime or lemon that I can't seem to achieve. Any suggestions?
Thanks for your help!

You could try kicking up the orange with more extract or try using orange concentrate full strength in your filling. I've taken just regular Pastry Pride or Rich's Bettercream and used concentrate and a bit of zest to kick up the flavor. Having nothing but super results and was very tasty!

You can make any kind of a citrus curd can't you. Here's one: http://www.foodandwine.com/recipes/orange-curd
It's got just enough lemon in it to keep the strong flavor you're looking for I think.
