Hi all For those of you who use fresh strawberry's. Do you ever have after taste? with them I used the strawberry filling in the sleeves and add fresh strawberry not to bad ,but not that great at all! what do you do with your fresh strawberry for filling? Thanks for your help

i slice my strawberries, put in tupperware bowl. put some granulated sugar over them. put lid on. let sit in fridge overnite. strain them. save the juice . chop the berries. add to stabilzed whipped cream. delicious. use for fillings. or after sitting over nite. strain the juice , not all of it. put in blender. blend up some. not mushy. put in pot. add little real lemon juice , little flour or cornstarch and make filling. delicious. hth
