If you want to post it on the forum you can use an image host (I use imageshack since they don't require registration) if the pic you want to post isn't uploaded here. Most image hosts will give you a url to copy and paste.

If it is uploaded in your gallery then you can right click the picture and select "copy image location", when you are done writing your post click the button above the text box that says Img paste the image location you copied then click the Img button again. So you will see Img a URL and then another Img tag.

Always check how the post will turn out by clicking the preview button first.
