Anyone ever made chocolate flavored cream cheese mints? Could you use coco powder in them. Any suggestions????? I know could add mint to them to make it chocolate mint????? Open for ideas.

Thanks in advance.

I'm thinking that wouldn't work well, but you could use the cream cheese mints and dip them in chocolate -- that may work better for you.

I've done it by adding melted choc. chips. About a 1/2 bag of semi sweets (or whatever you prefer probably) to 1 batch of my dough. They are YUMMY!

Thanks for the input, I'll have to give the melted chocolate chips a try. Are they still pliable enough to form in the rubber molds?

They were for me. A little firmer, but not bad. Especially if you use it at room temp. I had it refrigerated and it was a little crumbly, but once I let it set out and worked with it a little bit it worked just as well.
