I am making easter cupcakes Tuesday for a fundraiser at work. I am doing green grass out of buttercream and want to put a few jellybeans in the grass. I wanted to make some bunnies or something else "eastery" for the middle. Anyone have any ideas of how to go about this?

For something easy and fun, put a Peeps chick on each cuppie. (see my pics).
