Looking at the cupcakes on www.planet-cake.com I wonder how they ot that icing so perfect...? It looks very smooth and beautiful. Does anyone have an idea how they did this?

Thanks!

Petra

In looking closely, it appears that it is possibly poured fondant with a disk of rolled fondant on top (look at the cupcake liner/paper...the icing is perfectly in the paper...that is why I think it's poured fondant first)....They are beautiful cupcakes !!!
