i'm painting on cookies iced with glace and having a grand time icon_smile.gif.
i am mixing americolor gels with a little vodka and it is working beautifully.
my problem is white.
i have tried the americolor white straight and mixed with vodka and neither paints well. as it dries it becomes cracked or crazed.
anyone know of a trick to get the white to work?

thank you!

I just use the Wilton's Icing Color White-White w/ a little Grey Goose and it works great 4 me.

i have some of the wilton's white, i will try it instead of americolor white.
i usually avoid it because i dislike the texture of it, but if it will not crack when i use it to paint, i will give it a shot.

thank you,
diane

I've had the same trouble with the Americolor white... I think I might try Wilton's white too. thanks for that tip!
