I'm trying to get a really deep chocolate brown.I used chocolate fondant, then had to mix some white in (as I was short). But I've used 3 bottles of Wilton brown color and it's still not brown enough! Do I add a little black? Just keep adding brown? Thanks! icon_smile.gif

Do you only have Wilton? Americolor gel colors are much better. I have used their brown and made brown fondant from white fondant using it. You could definitely add a little black, but be careful not to use too much - and just keep adding brown until you get it!

If you use brown color to get it most of the way brown... then you add cocoa powder it should get you to the color you desire! Keep trying! you'll get it right. icon_smile.gif
