Has anyone heard any or can give any personal reviews on the American Range M1-G Convection Oven? There's one for sale near me but I've never heard of the brand and know nothing about the company/products. Thanks in advance.

I manage the Food Service Department of a medium security prison.

I have 4 American Convection Ovens...I dont know the specific model off hand...They are a big pile of crap, but please keep in mind I feed 1000 guys 3 meals a day and my staff are Offenders who are notorious for being super rough on equipment. The ovens are just a shell of the originals as so many repairs have had to be made.

Some equipment is just not ment to be used in such an institutional manner and would work well under normal circumstances. [/u]
