That she uses "food safe" bags to settle her cakes....well..I have a cake due 2morrow and I can't find these anywhere (and don't have time to order them on line) So is there a better alternative method or can I just wrap them in plastic wrap to settle?
Any Help would be appreciated!

I think food safe is actually what they call a "freezer bad" instead of a "storage bag". I use Hefty One Zip freezer bags all the time. good luck!
