Red Velvet And White Fondant

Hi, Someone has requested a red velvet cake but It will be covered in all white fondant. Will the red bleed through the fondant or will it be ok. If so any one know how to stop this. Thank you!

i normally use and almost full coating of buttercream under my icing.. The red doesnt show through

I've never had a problem with red velvet under white.

It isn't any different than covering a chocolate cake with white fondant.

Never had a problem. The red will not show through.
