My cakes are delicious, but really moist and dense. I don't want to give away the moisture, but wish there was something I could add to make them fluffier?? I use a box as my base. Any suggestions?? Thanks.
are you adding pudding mix to it?? Because that will make it dense.
Something else you could do is separate your eggs, mix in the yolks and then beat the whites separately and fold them in at the end, that should FLUFF it up some more!
