I am looking for advice on how to go about asking a local caterer about renting kitchen space. For those of you who did it, how did you approach the owner? Did you know them ahead of time? Had you seen the kitchen facilities ahead of time?

Just not sure where to start and I am really mulling this idea around in my head. Thanks for any help you can provide.
