What causes the cake to shrink around the top (more than the bottom)? Does this make sense? So the sides arent perfectly straight, but start to come up at an angle slightly.
The recipe that I used was Sylvia weinstocks classic yellow cake. Everything else turned out beautifully, but I am not sure what caused this.
I find that if I bake my caks a little too long, they do that. Maybe drop your baking time a by a few minutes and see if theres a diff?
